Prize Draw Rules

These Prize Draw Rules apply to each Cheeeky prize draw (“Draw”). The promoter is Galerie 14 Ltd (company number 16707589) of 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, trading as Cheeeky. Contact: info@cheeeky.com.

These Prize Draw Rules form part of the Cheeeky Membership Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be 18+ to enter.

1.2 Overseas residents and departure points. Overseas residents may enter. However, travel prizes will depart from a departure point selected by Cheeeky, which will be either:

(a) a UK airport, or

(b) a European airport (within the EEA/Switzerland)

as stated on the relevant Draw page.

If a winner is outside the stated departure country, they are responsible for getting themselves to the departure point at their own cost (unless we state otherwise). Cheeeky will not provide travel to the departure point unless explicitly included in the prize description.

Where reasonably possible, we may offer EU-based winners a European departure option, but this is not guaranteed and will be stated on the Draw page.



2. Promotion period and entry

2.1 Each Draw runs for the period shown on the relevant Draw page (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Entry routes. There are two ways to enter each Draw:

(a) Membership entry route: active paying memberships may automatically receive entries into Draws. The number of entries depends on your Membership tier and any additional qualifying actions (e.g., referrals) as shown in your account or on the relevant offer page.

(b) Free entry route: you may also enter without purchase using the free entry route described on the relevant Draw page and in these Rules. Details of the free entry route will be displayed with the same prominence as the membership entry route on the relevant Draw page.

2.3 Equal chance per entry. All valid entries have an equal chance per entry of winning, regardless of the entry route. Entries are not weighted. One valid entry is treated the same regardless of how it was submitted.

2.4 Free entry route (postal). You may submit a free postal entry during the Promotion Period by sending a handwritten postcard or letter including: (i) your full name, (ii) your email address, and (iii) the name of the Draw you wish to enter, to: Cheeeky (Galerie 14 Ltd), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2.5 Deadline for postal entries. Postal entries must be received by us no later than 48 hours before the end of the Promotion Period to be included in that Draw. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

2.6 One entry per postcard/letter. One postcard/letter equals one entry into one named Draw. There is no limit on the number of free postal entries, provided each entry complies with these Rules.


3. Entry limits and fraud

3.1 Entry limits may apply and will be displayed for each Draw.

3.2 We may void entries, refuse to award a prize, and/or suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, automation, manipulation, multiple accounts, resale, chargeback abuse, or other behaviour that undermines fairness.

4. Winner selection and notification

4.1 A provisional winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The selection will be recorded.

4.2 The provisional winner will be notified by email and/or announced on our website and social channels.

4.3 Winners must respond within 14 days of our first contact. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner. If the provisional winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, we may redraw and select a new winner.

4.4 We may require the winner to provide proof of identity and age (18+) and any other information reasonably required to administer and fulfil the prize.

5. The prize (travel prizes)

5.1 The prize will be described on the relevant Draw page (e.g., “Flights to destination X and accommodation for two for three nights”).

5.2 No cash alternative is offered unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.

5.3 If a prize (or any element) becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Travel conditions

5.4 Travel dates are agreed with the winner. We will provide a reasonable selection of date options; blackout periods may apply. We may choose the departure point based on availability, pricing, and logistics. We will state the departure point on the Draw page. If multiple departure points are offered, the winner may select from the options provided, subject to availability.

5.5 The winner is responsible for:

  • passports, visas and entry requirements for the departure country, transit countries and destination;

  • travel insurance;

  • complying with airline/hotel/venue terms;

  • any costs not expressly included in the prize description (meals, spending money, transfers, etc., unless stated).

5.6 If a winner cannot travel due to visa denial, passport issues, or failure to meet entry requirements, this is the winner’s responsibility, and we are not obliged to provide a replacement prize. We are not responsible for entry requirements to the UK/Europe or the destination.

6. Publicity

6.1 Winners may be asked to provide a photo at the destination. We will request this reasonably and respectfully and use it for marketing with appropriate consent/usage rights documentation.

6.2 We may publish winner details such as first name and county (or similar) unless the winner objects. We may also provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulators on request.

7. General

7.1 We are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

7.2 We may cancel or amend a Draw where necessary due to events beyond our control or to protect integrity/fairness.
