Cheeeky Membership Terms

These Cheeeky Membership Terms (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and use of a Cheeeky membership (“Membership”) made available by Galerie 14 Ltd (company number 16707589) of 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Cheeeky.
By purchasing, registering for, or using a Membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can join
1.1 You must be 18 years or older to purchase or hold a Membership.
1.2 Memberships are intended for individuals. Business, corporate, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Memberships are available to UK and overseas customers.
Please note that many Perks are UK-only and availability can vary by territory. If you live outside the UK, you may have limited ability to redeem Perks. Travel prizes (where offered) will depart from the UK or another European departure point selected by Cheeeky (as stated on the relevant Draw page). Winners are responsible for getting to the specified departure point at their own cost (unless we state otherwise). By purchasing from outside the UK, you acknowledge these limitations. We are not responsible (except where required by law) if you cannot use Perks or participate fully due to your location, local restrictions, or any applicable laws.
2. Membership types and pricing
2.1 We may offer different Membership plans from time to time, including:
Lifetime plans (one-off payment for the “lifetime” as defined below);
Monthly recurring plans; and
Annual recurring plans.
2.2 Current intended price points:
Lifetime: Cheeekier £99.00 (promotional)
Monthly: Cheeeky £9.99; Cheeekier £19.99; Cheeekiest £49.99
Annual: Cheeeky £99.90; Cheeekier £199.90; Cheeekiest £499.90
2.3 Prices and plan features are those shown at checkout at the time you purchase. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals (for monthly/annual plans) by providing notice before renewal.
3. What “lifetime” means
3.1 “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Cheeeky business and programme, not the lifetime of the member.
3.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Cheeeky (or any part of it) at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Cheeeky programme, we will take reasonable steps to notify lifetime members.
4. What you get
4.1 Membership provides access to:
Perks and offers (including discounts, promo codes, cashback, eGift cards, vouchers and other benefits) made available through Cheeeky and/or third-party partners. Perks may be facilitated through one or more third-party partners.
Access to Prize Draws according to your tier and the Prize Draw Rules.
4.2 Perks and Prize Draws are provided and administered in accordance with:
these Membership Terms;
the Perks & Redemption Terms; and
the Prize Draw Rules (which form part of these Terms).
5. Changes to perks and the programme
5.1 We can add, remove, replace, withdraw, or change perks and offers at any time (including without notice).
5.2 Availability, exclusions, and redemption requirements may be set by third-party partners and can change.
6. Account registration and security
6.1 You must create an account using an email address and password.
6.2 Your Membership is personal to you. You must not:
share your login;
allow others to use your Membership;
resell, transfer, or commercialise benefits; or
attempt to access perks by automated or abusive means.
6.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.
7. Payments, renewals, cancellations
7.1 Payments are processed via Stripe in GBP.
7.2 For monthly/annual plans:
renewals occur automatically unless cancelled;
you can cancel any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel in your account area or by emailing info@cheeeky.com;
after cancellation, access ends at the end of the billing period.
7.3 For lifetime plans:
the fee is a one-off payment and does not renew;
your access continues for the lifetime of the Cheeeky programme, subject to these Terms.
8. Refunds and cooling-off
8.1 Statutory rights. If you purchase online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law.
8.2 Immediate service and consent. Cheeeky is a digital service that can be made available immediately after purchase. At checkout, we may ask you to:
(a) request immediate access to the Membership and benefits; and
(b) acknowledge that once we start supplying the service, your right to cancel may be limited or lost, as permitted by law.
8.3 Our refund policy. Subject to your statutory rights, we will only provide a refund within 14 days of purchase if all of the following apply:
(a) you have not redeemed or used any perk/benefit (including eGifts, codes, cashback, member rates, or partner offers); and
(b) you have not been allocated any entries into any prize draw or promotion (including any automatic entries that come with Membership or referrals); and
(c) you have not otherwise received or accessed any member-only content or benefit that is stated at checkout to be supplied immediately.
8.4 Where entries/benefits have started. If any perk has been used or any draw entry has been allocated, we may refuse a refund (except where required by law). Where the law requires a refund but allows a deduction for value already supplied (for example, where you requested early performance), we may make a proportionate deduction.
8.5 Incorrect charges and chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@cheeeky.com first so we can help. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Communications
9.1 We may send you essential service emails (purchase confirmations, account notices, changes to Terms, winner notifications).
9.2 Marketing emails are optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Liability
10.1 We provide Cheeeky on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10.2 We are not responsible for third-party goods/services (e.g., airlines, hotels, venues, retailers) or for their acts/omissions.
10.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for claims relating to Cheeeky is limited to the amount you paid for your Membership (e.g., £99/£199), except where liability cannot legally be excluded (including death/personal injury caused by negligence or fraud).
11. Suspension and termination
11.1 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you:
breached these Terms;
used automated/abusive means;
attempted resale/commercial use;
engaged in fraud/chargeback abuse; or
undermined the fairness or integrity of perks or prize draws.
12. Changes to these Terms
12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version and/or emailing you.
12.2 Changes apply from the date stated in the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Perks & Redemption Terms

These Perks & Redemption Terms apply to all perks, discounts, codes, cashback, eGift card offers and benefits (“Perks”) shown in Cheeeky.
These Perks & Redemption Terms form part of the Cheeeky Membership Terms.
1. Third-party perks
1.1 Most Perks are provided by third-party brands and may be facilitated through one or more third-party partners and/or third-party platforms.
1.2 Perks may be withdrawn, changed, limited, or made unavailable at any time by the third parties or by us.
2. Redemption methods
2.1 Perks may be redeemed in one or more of the following ways (as described on the relevant Perk page):
(a) Code (discount) Perk: you purchase goods/services from the partner and apply a promo code at checkout (or as instructed) to receive a discount or benefit.
(b) URL Perk: you access the partner’s offer via a dedicated link provided through Cheeeky or a third-party partner. The discount or benefit may be applied automatically or via instructions on that page.
(c) Voucher Perk: you access a dedicated link and pay a stated amount to receive a voucher (digital code or voucher balance) that can be redeemed for a specified value (which may include an additional bonus value or benefit). Voucher terms, expiry, and redemption rules are set by the voucher issuer/partner and will be shown on the Perk page or at point of purchase.
2.2 Redemption steps, eligibility requirements, and availability are determined by the relevant partner and may change over time. We do not guarantee that any Perk will be available at any particular time.
2.3 Some Perks may be delivered through partner platforms, apps, or third-party checkout flows. Where this happens, you may also be subject to the partner’s terms and privacy policy.
3. Availability and limits
3.1 Perks may be subject to availability (“while stocks last”), blackout dates, exclusions, minimum spend, and restrictions set by the relevant third-party partner.
3.2 Limits on redemptions per member may apply and will be shown where relevant. (Where not stated, reasonable fair use is expected.)
4. No resale / personal use only
4.1 You must not resell Perks, gift codes, eGift cards, or benefits; you must not share your account; and you must not use Perks for business/commercial purposes.
4.2 We may void benefits and suspend/terminate accounts for misuse.
5. Pricing errors and disputes
5.1 Third-party merchants, voucher issuers and partners are responsible for pricing, availability, fulfilment and customer service for their goods/services and Perks.
5.2 We are not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by third parties. If a Perk is refused or altered due to a third-party error or policy, you must resolve it with the relevant third party, though we may try to assist.
6. Taxes and fees
6.1 Any taxes, delivery fees, or ancillary charges associated with redemption are your responsibility unless the Perk explicitly states otherwise.
